ALTERNATIVE GUIDELINES; includes general objective: To determine the impact the Management Board in learning and assessment in the eighth, ninth and tenth years of basic general education, Education Center "Lauro Damerval Ayora No. 1" of the San Sebastian parish, canton and province of Loja, in the period 2013-2014 for the development of this investigation scientific, inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic descriptive statistical methods, the techniques used are applied to the Director and interview survey of 38 teachers and 154 students. The results determine the current trends on the leadership style of a manager and on its powers and functions, advocate a style based on management science learning. We conclude that executive management is successfully focusing on learning and evaluation. It is recommended, beyond the debate on the professionalization of a charge complex as director, opt for pedagogical leadership management as an alternative to enhance academic quality in the school. |
