Ամփոփում:The current research was developed in Zamora city, Zamora Chinchipe province, in order to improve our province economic situation and at the same time to satisfy people’s needs who are dedicated to tourism business, offering guaranteed tourist packages. The goal of this project is to develop a feasibility study to create the Tourism Agency in Zamora Canton, taking advantage of its huge touristic and cultural biodiversity. To achieve the goal was necessary to apply methods such us: inductive, deductive, statistical and descriptive. I also turned to techniques like: direct observation and survey. Within the results, it is presented the analysis of the survey applied to buyers and sellers with their statistical tables and graphics. In the discussion, the four basic studies of project feasibility are described; also it includes the social and environmental impact which are described: In the market research, it was obtained an effective demand of 9.517, and an offer of 1.175, which difference gives a result of the unment demand of 8.342. In the technical research, it was determined the size agency, which according to its installed capacity in the first year of life is 7.300 services in the year and the used capacity is 2.190. Masharos Travel Tourist Agency will be located in Zamora canton, in Alonso de Mercadillo neighborhood, on 24 de Mayo Street, across from the lineal park. These data were obtained according to the resulting weight matrix, obtaining the highest rate unlike other proposed options, against location factors like: tourist access, existence of financial institutions, tourist environment and basic services availability. In the administrative study, the trade name of the agency was established as a limited liability company, its name is “Masharos Travel Cia. Ltda.” In the financial study it is determined that to start the financial year it is required an investment of USD $56.164,96 American Dollars. Within financing sources there is a credit to Banco del Pichincha which amount represents 47.66% of the total investment. In the financial evaluation, the following results were determined:  The cash flow in the first year of useful life is USD $47.326,86 American Dollars.  The project VAN is USD $193.314, 48 American Dollars positive and higher than one, so the project is acceptable.  The internal rate of return of this project is 34, 70%, so it is higher than the rate of investment, in consequence, the project is accepted.  In terms of cost- benefit could be establish that for each dollar invested, there will be 0,34 cents profit.  The capital recovery period will 1 years, 4 months, 24 days less than the 10 years lifetime of the project is, therefore the project is acceptable.  According to the sensitivity analysis it was known that the sensitivity coefficient is 0,98, therefore, the project is not sensitive to 44,15% increase in costs, and 27,50% decrease in income.  In the analysis of environmental and social impact was obtained that the environmental impact is negative, while the social impact is positive. Additionally, conclusions and recommendations based on the results of the project were raised.
