To determine the feasibility of the project, he/she thought about and I develop the objectives that reside in showing each one of the parts or of the components of an investment project, the same ones that make relationship with: I study of market, size and localization, engineering of the project, organization of the company and the financial evaluation. In the market study you could determine that one exists of it sends effective of 4.939, for the first year, enough to implement the industrial plant in the city of Loja. When referring to the technical study it is demonstrated that the company will have an installed capacity of 2.600 units that it would correspond the one 52,64% of the effective demand; of this, for the first year of production of the company it will use 80% that corresponds to 2080 units of the product, and starting from the second year their production will be of 100%. Their legal and administrative organization has also settled down in the one that is indicated that the company will be constituted in Company in Collective Name and it will maintain the hierarchical different levels with the functions that he/she should act in each one of the work positions people that will lend services in the company. It has been foreseen that the lifespan of the project is of a ten year old period, being located in the city and county of Loja. After having carried out the financial evaluation, one could meet their respective indexes, as VAN with a value of 264029.20, TIR 114,59, RBC 1,18 that is to say for each invested dollar he/she receives 18 cents of utility, PRC 1 years old, 1 month and six days, they give as a result it indicates - you gild positive, which assure us that it can be carried out this project without more difficulties. One of the financial indicators that demonstrate that the project is profitable is TIR that gives us a much higher percentage that the opportunity cost that has capital in the local market, for such a reason makes sure that the project is executable.
