| Shrnutí: | The oversize fashion trend has strongly consolidated itself in the global market, particularly impacting younger generations who prioritize comfort without sacrificing style. However, our local market has not yet fully responded to this growing demand, presenting a unique opportunity to undertake and strengthen the regional economy. The central objective is to develop a pre-feasibility study for the establishment of a company which the target is the production and commercialization of printed oversize t-shirts, including all necessary assessments. This study used a deductive method with a mixed approach; the research type is exploratory and descriptive. The target market was determined to be young people aged between 18 to 24 years. Analyzing the results, an unsatisfied demand of 44,680 printed oversize t-shirts was identified for the first year, with an annual production target of 10,440 t-shirts in sizes S and M, achieving a market share of 23.37%. The project's investment amounts to $57,265.62. The total production cost for the first year is $104,257.61, with a selling price to intermediaries of $15.00 per unit. The project yielded a NPV of $87,074.44; an IRR of 59.51%; and an ROI of $0.49 per dollar invested, with a payback period of one year, 10 months, and 25 days. The project cost increases in 22.44% and a revenue decrease of 17.19%. These results demonstrate the feasibility of the project and its potential for effective implementation. |
