Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa dedicada a la limpieza y lubricación de vehículos en el cantón Lago Agrio, provincia de Sucumbíos, para el año 2016

The present project has as general objective; To evaluate the feasibility for the creation of a microenterprise dedicated to the Cleaning and Lubrication of light vehicles in the canton Lago Agrio Province of Sucumbíos for the year 2016. To comply with this objective were applied the methods: Deductive, inductive, scientific, statistical and descriptive Which contributed to the analysis and processing of the information obtained in the research. In addition, the survey was used as a technique, which was applied to the sample obtained from the car park of light vehicles in the canton Lago Agrio The data obtained from the surveys were tabulated and ordered results were obtained that allowed the elaboration of tables and graphs for the analysis, in this way it was possible to define the conclusions and recommendations of the studies carried out. In order to determine the feasibility of the present project, financial indicators were applied, which were a valuable tool for analyzing the numerical figures that originated from the studies carried out. The NPV (net present value) that was obtained was 33.378,10 this figure expresses that the investment will have a return on capital and that it is convenient for the investors to carry out this project. The IRR of this project reached a coefficient of 19,99 which ratifies the feasibility of the project since this means that investors will obtain more financial return by investing in the project than placing the investment in a financial institution. The R (B / C) (Cost Benefit Ratio) of the investment was 1.35 which indicates that there will be utility for every dollar invested in the project. PRC (Capital Recovery Period) the investment of this project will be given in 4 year, 2 months and 15 days. The sensitivity analysis shows that the project supports a 11,73% increase in costs and a 8,69% decrease in revenues. In other words, the project is not sensitive to increases in costs and decreases in revenues. For the aforementioned it is shown that the implementation of the investment project is feasible.
