Manifestaciones digestivas bajas y su relación con hallazgos patológicos en pacientes sometidos a colonoscopia atendidos en el Hospital Manuel Ygnacio Monteros de Loja

The theme of this investigative work is related to the "low digestive manifestations and its relationship with pathological findings in patients undergoing colonoscopy attended in the Hospital Manuel Ygnacio Monteros of Loja." Likewise, the main objective of the work was to determine the low digestive manifestations and its relationship with pathological findings in patients undergoing colonoscopy attended in the Hospital Manuel Ygnacio Monteros de Loja. It is a work of descriptive and cross-sectional surveys, obtaining indirect information based on medical records found in the file system and a form comprising data collection as drafted applies: frequent digestive symptoms, pathological findings and definitive diagnosis. In the present research study regarding the results obtained demonstrate that within the most frequent clinical manifestations that present patients treated in the service of colonoscopy are hematochezia, anal itching, abdominal pain and anal pain. Likewise, discusses the main findings that were found in colonoscopies, as: hemorrhoids, Colon Polyps, diverticula of Colon and Ulcerative Colitis. Also found that patients who had hemorrhoids as macroscopic find had as main manifestation: anal soreness, hematochezia, and itching; while patients who presented colonic diverticula, colonic polyps, and ulcerative colitis had frequent clinical manifestations as hematochezia and abdominal pain.
