Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The present study has as a general objective to analyze the constructive aspects of the burial of electricity distribution networks and public lighting of the Urban Regeneration project of the historic center of the city of Loja, by reviewing the construction plan; both the electrical work and the civil work executed in the historic center of the city of Loja within the framework of the Urban Regeneration project promoted by the Municipal GAD of Loja. In the development of the thesis work, the result of the theoretical analysis systematically embodied in the literary review, the procedure carried out for the fulfillment of the specific objectives and the description of the construction plan of the civil and electrical work of medium voltage, low voltage networks, transformation chambers and public lighting. In the end, general guidelines are laid out for the operation and maintenance processes integrating all the elements of the underground electrical system into a Reliability Centered Maintenance methodology (RCM) |
