Summary:This paper aims to show the relationship between organizational, administrative and academic culture, with labor welfare; It is a factor that enables effective, efficient and effective functioning of educational institutions, affecting its results in the educational community and improving the quality of education. This research with a qualitative approach was conducted in the city of Loja, on the primary source of information to the Joint Tax Bustamante Dr. Daniel Rhodes School, with the participation of management, teachers, students and parents who answered the survey raised and the interview with the manager. The overall objective is aimed at determining the incidence of organizational, administrative culture and academic development of Joint Attorney Dr. Daniel Rhodes Bustamante parish Sucre School Region and province of Loja. The methods used were: analytic, synthetic, inductive and deductive. The results show that: The training of teachers has shown a real interaction between principals and teachers in the organization culture; the administrative system is carried with the participation of institutional actors; organizational culture that is practiced at school, the most important is communication; the management and teachers meet regularly to discuss academic and performance aspects; the director takes risks in a timely manner, always thinking about the improvement of organizational and administrative culture of the school in the laws, regulations, agreements and circulars issued by the Ministry of Education.
