总结:The present research work named TÉCNICAS GRAFOPLÁSTICAS PARA MEJORAR LA MOTRICIDAD FINA, EN LOS NIÑOS Y NIÑAS DEL PRIMER AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA FISCAL “MIGUEL RIOFRIO” N O 1 DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO SEPTIEMBRE 2015–JUNIO 2016 stated as general objective to develop the fine motor skills in children of First Grade of basic education of “Miguel Riofrío” public school N o 1 of Loja city through the use of art and design techniques in the period September 2015 to June 2016. With the present research work was necessary to apply the following empiric methods such as the observation which helped to identify problems related with the fine motor skills, a schedule with different daily activities which involved to check if the activities applied were fulfilled or not, and an evaluation rubric in order to assess the development of fine motor skills. With the application of the evaluation rubric was possible to reach good outcomes which allowed to conclude that the use of art and design techniques helped children of first grade of basic education improve their fine motor skills. This is because most children who at the beginning did not have a good accuracy and hand-eye coordination reached a satisfactory and very satisfactory level of fine motor skills. As a result, it is important to continue using art and design techniques in order to improve the academic development in their daily activities
