From this work is proposed through two categories that are the technical foundations of football and basic motor skills, the methodology applied to research corresponds to a quantitative-qualitative approach, with a scope of descriptive research and pre-design. experimental; the assessment instruments corresponded to the surveys and tests, assessing the basic motor skills (running, jumping, throwing) and the technical foundations of football (control, driving, pass, shot and side kick), these instruments allowed to observe the relationship of the exercises proposed in relation to the pre-test and posttest stage; when applying the training programs, the children improved their level of mastery and execution of the technical foundations of soccer; concluding that working in a programmed manner the specific exercises children improve their technique and mastery of the technical foundations of football, it is recommended to work basic motor skills and improve the application of the technical foundations of football. |
