| Sumario: | The purpose of this work was to reduce the level of personnel turnover, having as main problematic aspect the excessive exit of personnel, that is why the elaboration of a correct design of internal procedures that allow and formalize the linking of professionals to the Cooperativa de Transportes Loja has been proposed, taking into account the need to structure the flow of entry and linking of personnel, from their participation in a process to their hiring. The objective was to design a system of recruitment and selection of personnel by competencies in the Cooperativa de Transportes Loja; with the purpose of improving and facilitating the hiring of personnel. The study is based on a project whose design was of field with documentary support, catalogued at a descriptive level, as a technique of data collection was given from the records given and constituted by the Cooperative Loja. It is a challenging and demanding task for any organization to implement strategies and processes, fundamental in the reality and limitations of the company, with the sole purpose of directing them towards innovation, competitiveness and social development, although it is true that all change cannot be achieved overnight, starting by formalizing and promoting certain actions in the recruitment and selection process at the beginning. |
