PERIOD 01 JANUARY TO 31 DECEMBER 2014 ", had as main objective to carry out a special examination to long-term assets whose purpose is to achieve optimum control of the use and management of assets under management, as well as issue a report containing comments, conclusions and recommendations to the authorities make the right decisions for the progress of the institution. For the implementation of special this component review began with planning work, which is the first phase in which the Preliminary Planning was conducted to provide an overview of the institution, as well as activities and possible deficiencies, I specified, showed a specific focus of the component to be examined and the development of audit programs; in the second phase of the Performance of Work it is presented with the implementation of programs and questionnaires were used to evaluate the internal control system which is based on the development of narrative identity cards subsequently analytical and summary ballots were developed allowing to study so thoroughly examined component; It culminated in the third phase of the Communication of results that is made 5 available to the administrative authorities of the institution and the Final Report of the Special Examination.
