Sumario:The present work has as general objective to propose a STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE COMPANY “THE BASTILLA” IN THE CITY OF LOJA, presenting strategies and actions that provide an opportunity for growth at the local level. The general purpose of this study is to develop a strategic plan for the company "LA BASTILLA" in the city of Loja to create the business philosophy, diagnosis and prospective of the company that allows development, to achieve This objective was to carry out the following methodology: 1) The diagnosis of the current internal situation (in this case, an interview was made with the operators and the owner) and external, through surveys (users) of the company; 2) An identification and evaluation of external and internal factors of the company LA BASTILLA; 3) Elaboration of the strategic planning proposal considered as an action plan for the company. In order to comply with the present investigation, several methods were necessary: inductive and deductive; And techniques such as direct observation, interview and survey, which allowed the obtaining and processing of information for this work. The information was obtained through the interview made to the Owner and to the operators of the company, another for the 397 external families, and a direct observation was made, in which the situation in the company could be appreciated. - 6 - The diagnosis of the macroenvironment of the company was made based on the PEST Analysis and the Five Force of Porter, based on the information obtained from the analysis of the external factors, it was possible to determine that having faithful users of the company makes Will not suffer major consequences in the face of economic instability and high material prices; Their biggest threat is competition is the express seam due to their new machinery. With the information obtained the strategic objectives were applied that will be applied in the company. The first objective is to train staff with the use of materials in line with supplier innovation; Which will allow the company to have the most efficient staff that will cost $ 900.00. The second objective establishes the business philosophy and make known in the company, which will allow to know the mission, vision and values of the company and make it known to the operators and users, which will cost $ 167.90. The third objective is to perform inventory control of materials used, to have a monthly control of all the materials used and what is in stock to not make unnecessary purchases, the same that will cost $ 1,500.00. The fourth objective is to select suppliers with quality materials for their good use by company personnel, knowing new catalogs of materials of new quality and at a reasonable price, which has no cost. The fifth objective is to give promotions to the users of the company that helps increase the number of users, the cost will be $ 60.00. - 7 - Overall, the Strategic Plan is designed for five years and maintains a total investment cost of USD 2627.90. It can be concluded that the company does not have clear alignments of the strategies that should apply for which it is recommended to apply the following strategic plan which helped to know the strategic objectives to be developed in each year.
