This syndrome has three essential components: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of professional fulfillment. It usually affects people with great social intervention professionals help others. Through this research is to determine the frequency of burnout syndrome in relation to years of work in the Provincial Hospital doctors Isidro Ayora Loja and establish more involvement subscale also analyze Burnout syndrome in relation to gender, age , marital status, years of service and working hours per week in order to establish risk factors for the population and also socialize the research project by delivering leaflets on the subject investigated physicians Regional Hospital Isidro Ayora Loja. Using the Scientific Method and by collecting data through a survey that had a part sociodemographic and test Maslach Burnout Inventory. In this investigation it is concluded that the frequency of the Burnout syndrome in the Isidro Ayora Hospital Provincial de Loja is 31 physicians representing a percentage of 44.29% of the study population (70); this syndrome also occurs more frequently in relation to the years of work of doctors working in 0-10 years, the most affected is the subscale of professional fulfillment with a percentage of 62.85% . Has a higher percentage of male gender presentation 24.29%, at the age of 31-35 years 21.43%, marital status married 34.28% and in relation to working hours they work 40 hours a week the same as correspond to the treating physicians 31.43%.
