| Résumé: | The present research work, "ANALYSIS AND PROPOSAL OF A MANUAL OF SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH FOR THE HUMAN TALENT OF THE DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT OF CANTÓN SOZORANGA PROVINCE OF LOJA, FOR THE YEAR 2016", had as general objective to make a proposal of a Manual of Safety and Occupational Health for the Human Talent of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the canton Sozoranga, for the year 2016. To achieve this purpose, a duly cited and sustained theoretical framework was used; as well as of methods: historical that allowed to know what has been elicited over time (history) about the subject investigated; inductive method in which, based on the acquired knowledge, the occupational risks that affect the health of employees and workers of the GAD were identified, evaluating both internal and external factors and the current regulations within the institution under study; deductive method was employed in the preparation of situational analysis as regards Occupational Safety and Health GAD Sozoranga Canton; an analytical method that made possible the verification of the problem, that is to say to decompose in its parts each and every one of the elements that intervene; synthetic analytical method used to compose and describe the information obtained in an orderly manner; statistical method with which it is possible to process the information and in turn to elaborate the corresponding graphical representations with the data obtained through the applied surveys. The techniques used were the direct observation that allowed to have an overview on the subject of study, the interview to obtain truthful information on the part of the directors of the institution; the documentary analysis where all bibliographical information regarding occupational safety and health regulations was used. A survey was carried out on the 98 employees and workers of the institution. In addition, the Head of the Human Talent Unit was interviewed, where it was possible to know more about occupational safety and health in the institution, in order to to give a better quality of life to its employees, avoiding occupational risks, so these results directed to propose this manual. These results were tabulated and expressed through statistical tables and graphs for easy interpretation. At the end of this phase, the main occupational risks were analyzed in each of the institution's premises, where it was determined that there are 102 important risks, 99 moderate risks and 24 intolerable risks, which are distributed in the departments that make up the GAD, and most of them are physical, ergonomic and locative. On the other hand it is evident the lack of implementos and equipment of security, for lack of budget or for the little knowledge of the subject under study. So 100% is in agreement with the analysis and the proposal of the manual of occupational safety and health, and to begin its diffusion as part of the proposal a triptych was elaborated that will be diffused to the employees and workers of the institution, so it is proposed the manual of Occupational Safety and Health that contributes to improve the quality of life of all staff working in said institution. Finally it was recommended to implement and put into operation the Manual of Occupational Health and Safety that guarantees the health of the collaborators of the institution. |
