Los Delitos de Genocidio, Exterminio y Lesa Humanidad por su Efecto y el Régimen Penal de Privación a la Libertad para toda la Vida

his research topic it made on the problems that exist within our criminal law, in relation to the penalties established the Code of Integral criminal for crimes of genocide, extermination and Crimes against Humanity, which penalties the legislature criminalized for these three crimes are too benign from damage caused by these when executed, which is a current problem in our social reality. For the development of this thesis I set as a general objective that the crimes of genocide, extermination and Crimes against Humanity are as penalty deprivation of freedom for life, solving something the harm caused to victims and society, respecting the Constitution and taking into consideration the penalties imposed in the Code of Criminal Integral typifying for these three crimes, which was checked by the application of methods and techniques of scientific, which led me to achieve results, which allowed support the proposal reform the Code of Criminal Integral. More than literature doctrinaire collection, thirty surveys were conducted knowledgeable person right in our city, with data that could be collected, it was concluded that the penalties established in the Code of Integral Penal, for crimes of genocide, extermination and crimes against Humanity, are too benign with regard to the damage they cause to be executed, so have done our research and we believe appropriate incorporation of deprivation of freedom for life in our criminal law for these three offenses
