Practica de la actividad física y recreativa, factor determinante para el buen vivir del adulto mayor en el ancianato Santa María Josefa de la ciudad Macará

This research work entitled: The practice of physical activity and recreation, a decisive factor in the good living of the elderly in the nursing home Santa Maria Josefa de la city Macara. The purpose of this research is to promote physical activity and recreation, physical exercise and prevent the sedentary lifestyle that are key to maintaining the health of the older adult, as a fundamental component for the good live a healthy lifestyle. The focus is directed to determine if a program of physical activity - recreational improves physical performance and joint mobility, in the good living of the older adults, and specific objectives: base theoretically the referendums theorists of several authors related to physical activities - recreational for the older adultMore and improve joint mobility, and quality of life in the good life, diagnose the current state of development of the physical activities - recreational, propose, implement and validate the program of physical activity - recreational to improve joint mobility in the older adult in the nursing home santa maria Josefa, Macara canton in the province of Loja. In the research for effects and used some methods of investigation and the methods are scientific induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, logical historical, empirical observation methods and survey methods, theoretical modeling, a system approach, probabilistic, mathematician, content analysis, cybercrimes, The survey that we allowed the collection of data. It could be seen that the older adults do not have a worthy service personnel responsible for providing service and lack of physical activities. Reaching the author concluded that older adults do not have a lifestyle worthy by the lack of recreational activities and physical exercises on the part of personnel working in the nursing home santa maria Josefa de la city of Macara.
