Yhteenveto:This thesis refers to: ANALYSIS OF ORAL HEARING NATURAL APPROACH AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORAL LANGUAGE, HEARING HANDICAPPED CHILDREN IN THE CENTER OF HEARING AND LANGUAGE "CEAL" PERIOD 2012 - 2013 ALTERNATIVE GUIDELINES.. In the present investigation the General Purpose raised was: Analyze the Natural Auditory Oral Approach and its impact on the development of oral language in the hearing-impaired children Hearing and Language Center CEAL city of Loja. Period 2012-2013 in order to raise propositional guidelines. The methods used in the preparation of this research work were: Scientist, Inductive-Deductive, Analytic-Synthetic and description that allowed for discussion and comparison of the proposed variables. The instruments used were: A survey of Parents and therapists to verify the application of Natural Auditory Oral Approach in the Development of Oral Language in the hearing-impaired children Hearing and Speech Center. CEAL; and Foster's test applied to the hearing-impaired children Hearing and Speech Center. CEAL to determine the level of Oral Language Development. From the list of linguistic levels applied at the beginning it was determined that the level of development of language was 59% of the children were diagnosed with Oral Language Development of 0 to 9 months, 19% at 9 to 12 months, 9 % 12 to 22 months, 9% of 23 to 48 months, 4% of 48 to 60 months. The final application of the linguistic record levels, the following levels of Oral Language Development is determined 37% of children have an Oral Language Development 9-12 months; 28% are from 0 to 9 months, 23% of 12 to 22 months; and 6% of 23 to 48 months and 48 to 60 months. Also the survey of the therapists is found according to question 6: 100% of the therapists always apply the Natural Auditory Oral approach in therapy.
