Add Tag | Summary: | The importance of the implementation of the trading company of seafood in the canton Macas I can create jobs, stimulate the economy and provide a product at affordable prices, ensuring optimum quality and giving the people of Canton Morona healthy eating, because the lack of an offer that includes appropriate handling processes for marketing seafood. Currently such marketing is performed in the central market, and its precarious conditions expendio where dealers and easily manipulate this product arrives in bad condition to the final consumer; causing an unsatisfied demand, which in turn creates a market opportunity for a new marketer. Hence the need to develop a feasibility study aimed to undertake such activity before, in order to create guidelines that allow a successful decision-making that creates value for the company and / or investor. Therefore to carry out this work, different methods such as descriptive, deductive, analytical and statistical was used also applied techniques such as direct observation and survey. Through the technique of market research survey in demand, potential, real, effective and unsatisfied seafood was determined was made; as well as supply of said product. This, then the technical study in which the location of the trading was established in the center of Macas for its availability of all basic services ran, quality controls transportation and preservation of seafood to prevent product deterioration and consumer health care; plus installed capacity, project engineering, process flowcharts determined. Organizational and Legal Study meanwhile, includes the structural organizational structure, responsibilities and legal feasibility for implementation. Then, in the economic and financial research, investment, and financing costs and projected revenue for the financial evaluation calculate cash flow, an NPV of USD $ 147.367.71 dollars of the United States of America, IRR is determined 33,94% and the recovery period of 1 years and 6 days, based on the current economic situation in the country. Finally environmental and social assessment, in which it is determined that the project has no negative impact on these factors is presented. |
