| Summary: | The purpose of this study is to explore and describe the organizational climate existing in the District Directorate 11D01 Loja of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG), year 2024. For this purpose, a literature review was carried out on the theory of factors proposed by Frederick Herzberg, which distinguishes between two factors of hygiene and motivation within an environment. The general objective of this research was to carry out a diagnosis of the organizational climate within the institution for administrative employees. And with two specific objectives established, the first being the identification of the factor that most influences the organizational climate of administrative employees and the second specific objective, the proposal of strategies to improve the working environment within the District Directorate 11D01 Loja – MAG. This research was developed under a mixed approach in order to obtain a comprehensive view of the situation, combining quantitative methods, to collect information from a population of 42 administrative staff, using a questionnaire, and interview and an observation sheet. The results revealed that the most influential factor of the organizational climate in the institution is the hygiene factor within the physical conditions dimension. Therefore, it was concluded that the organizational climate is not very favorable, that is, regular, bases on the theory of Herzberg’s factors, with this a series of strategies were used to contribute to the improvement of the staff’s coexistence, prioritizing the achievement of the institution’s objectives by providing a better service. |
