Περίληψη:According to the OMT (World Tourism Organization) Ecuador is considered one of the seventeen mega diverse countries in the world, possessing great natural and cultural wealth, its territory is also father of indigenous nationalities, customs, languages and multiple traditions. In the Sierra region south of Ecuador is the province of Loja with its capital of the same name; the town has an active cultural life is also one of the cleanest and safest cities in Ecuador, has sixteen counties, within which the Saraguro canton, which is recognized for its cultural richness is important; Community tourism here is an alternative that offer quichua communities and rural village of Saraguro develops. Thus the Community "Oñacapac" indigenous community located in the area of the same name, 8 km from the town of Saraguro, which has been developing community-based tourism to be a sector that has great tourist potential in history, food, natural attractions is and cultural, among others. The research project seeks to promote and enhance tourism in the Oñacapac Community, it is a research work of general and as a student of the tenth module race Tourism Administration, the National University of Loja, it was deemed appropriate to take out thesis called "Senderización and Signage for Tourist Attractions Virgin Waterfall Rio Kaka and Oñacapac Ismuchincha of Canton Saraguro Community Loja Province," the same that has as a prerequisite for approval of the current module and likewise to obtain Engineering title in Tourism Administration. In this research three specific objectives: Make the tourist diagnosis of the current situation of Kaka and attractive Waterfall Ismuchincha Virgin River Community; Propose Senderizacion and signage in attractive Waterfall Kaka and Ismuchincha Virgin River Community Oñacapac saraguro canton; Socialize senderización proposal for signage and tourist attractions Kaka Virgin Waterfall and River Ismuchincha Oñacapac community with relevant authorities and the Community. To conduct research methods and techniques as applied: the analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive method, interviews, observation technique, the matrix of gathering information from the author Carla Quijano was used Ricaute adjusting to the reality of the society under study, allowing evidence the internal and external situation of the community and its attractions. To design strategies SWOT matrix is produced through a participatory workshop with the help of MARPP (Method of Rapid Analysis and 5 Participatory Planning) with the villagers in tourism of Oñacapac, which in their opinion expressed strengths, weaknesses , opportunities and threats, and then analyze the possible projects that could be undertaken in the community. The results were checked by running the three specific objectives: to gather information for the tourist diagnosis of the current situation was characterized community; senderización proposal and signage comprising thirteen establish signposts that in order to guide tourists easily, thinking of the welfare of visitors, in the same way socialization on the proposal Senderización and signage was made in attractive Kaka and Virgin River Waterfall Ismuchincha the Oñacapac Community; the event was implemented in the social hall of the Municipality of Saraguro. In conclusion Oñacapac Community has natural and cultural attractions essential to boost tourism development in place, but these attractions need to be suitable to be put in value and thus boost the participation of people. Also on this site no access set to visit the attractions, also lacks signals that allow tourists guided properly, directly affecting tourism, hence the proposal senderización and signage will contribute positively to the appeal and visitors, as it will contribute to the protection and conservation of the same, yet offer quality service at the time of his visit. Among the recommendations that follow are aimed mainly at Municipal GAD; that through agreements with MINTUR, do projects that are related to the tourism sector, since the community through its attractions is rich that can be exploited with the contribution of all. Likewise the Autonomous Government decentralized Canton Saraguro is recommended, perform the necessary steps to improve the tourist infrastructure efforts.
