Περίληψη:In this paper the extreme family dynamics influence is determined by stress handling for its proper evaluation, resolution, improvement and adaptation to problem situations that teens may confront; therefore, weaknesses within family could be observed, and in that way, we may understand the practices of family upbringing as a determining factor in the development of patterns of stress handling. The study was conducted with a population with a medium-high economic level and whose families do not exceed a total of five members, presenting the best possible conditions regarding the environment and economic stability. Coping Scale Lazarus (1984), Stress Scale Vulnerability Test and Miller FACES III (Olson, 1992) were applied to 174 students of second year of the Bachillerato program, with an average age of 17, as the results found in this research are known that 50% of teenagers are in a state of vulnerability to stressful situations, endangering their cognitive structure and habitual lifestyle. The dynamics of family assessment shows that 38% of adolescents perceive a kind not related cohesion, while 59% expressed such chaotic relationships adaptability. Teens show a tendency to act on the characteristics of distancing patterns (30%) and Confrontation (22%). Despite a stable socioeconomic level, it happens that the deficiencies in social skills and problem solving are impaired due to the absence of role models. For this guidelines to correct and prevent these unfavorable circumstances through building a family psychoeducation Guide & Relationships are created.
