Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The importance and transcendency of the partner-juridical problem of "Application of the pain bigger than breach to the employers that make violence intrafamiliar against their domestic servants", it arises of the necessity of protecting the rights of the domestic servants that are harmed to newspaper by their employers that take advantage of their situation intrafamiliar to treat them as beings of smaller respect, without rights, but with obligations who, they don't dare to denounce them fearing losing their domestic works. In cases of ending up denouncing them the sanctions to be breaches of violence intrafamiliar, the judges don't impose the maximum pain of thirty days, but rather they sanction with light hardships. The theoretical work and of field of the present thesis it allowed me to obtain approaches, with clear and precise foundations, of very grateful bibliography that you/they contributed to the verification of objectives, and contrastación of the outlined hypothesis, allowing to support the proposed changes. The content of the thesis is an intellectual effort of the postulante in the scientific and methodological environment that approaches theoretical and empirically, the application of severe hardships for the employers that mistreat its domestic servants. |
