Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | The present work of Thesis denominated "Management Model for the Administration of the Autonomous Government of the Parochial Decentralized of Taquil, Loja town, Year 2016" was realized by means of an institutional diagnosis, an evaluation of the organizational structure and the elaboration of a map of processes of the institution with its management indicators, in order that the Board's management be improved. At the country level in public institutions such as provincial, cantonal and parish GAD’S must manage a proper management model that allows them to be properly managed in the organization. The research analyzed information obtained through the interview addressed to the members of the Board of Taquil, where the current reality of the operation of the Board was known, such as the organizational structure they maintain, the management process they carry out, And the development of projects in the parish; In addition, with direct observation it was possible to know the activities carried out within the board and to analyze their failures. With the analysis carried out, the Management Model for Administration is proposed, according to the needs of the board, where the functions of each member when applied correctly, will contribute to improve the management of the Autonomous Decentralized Parish Government. |
