Etiketle | Özet: | In the modern world, there is a greater requirement for fast food in Ecuador, and this is because a higher percentage of the population, for work or family issues, chooses to consume some kind of fast food product in order to save time or simply to enjoy a pleasant moment in the company of family or friends. Each region of our country has a lot of diversity in terms of gastronomy and peculiar typical dishes, but in this case I want to emphasize the coastal region where the green plantain is a popular food and very consumed in its different preparations. One of these preparations is the patacón, this resource intervenes as raw material in our project that, 3 complemented with other ingredients, brings as a result the patacón hamburgers, positioning itself as an innovative and healthy product. I want to specify that this feasibility project is based on the implementation of a company that produces and markets patacón hamburgers in the Huaquillas city, complying with quality standards and thus satisfying the food needs of citizens according to their preferences. In order to carry out the project, an analysis of the consumer background was carried out to determine the supply and demand for this product, the competition, suppliers; in addition, the engineering of the project was developed to fix the processes, procedures and everything related to the physical space, legal aspects, and finally, the economic and financial feasibility was determined. |
