Trastornos del comportamiento alimentario en adolescentes, del colegio Santa Juana de Arco La Salle Cariamanga.

El presente trabajo de investigación se trata de un estudio cualitativo y descriptivo de corte transversal, cuyo objetivo principal fue determinar la frecuencia de los Trastornos del Comportamiento Alimentario en los adolescentes, del Colegio Santa Juana de Arco “La Salle”, de la ciudad de Cariamanga, durante el periodo diciembre 2015 - julio 2016, la muestra estuvo conformada por 172 estudiantes, entre 11 a 18 años. Se utilizó el Test de Actitudes Alimentarias (EAT-26), para determinar el riesgo que tienen los adolescentes de presentar un trastorno alimentario, encontrando que aproximadamente la mitad de la población presenta este riesgo, siento más evidente en mujeres de 15 a 16 años. Al identificar el estado nutricional se obtuvo que la mayor parte de los adolescentes son eutróficos, seguidos por el sobrepeso, la obesidad, y la delgadez en una mínima frecuencia, todos con riesgo de presentar un desorden alimentario. Aplicando el Test de Siluetas se valoró la autopercepción corporal, encontrando que más de la mitad de la población se perciben como son, sin embargo, un tercio se ven más robustos, con más frecuencia en hombres y en alumnos con peso normal, En relación a la satisfacción corporal el deseo por verse más delgados es mayor en mujeres y alumnos con sobrepeso, mientras que el deseo por estar más robustos es mayor en varones y estudiantes delgados. This research is a qualitative and descriptive survey, of cross-section, which aim was determine the frequency of the Eating Disorders in Teens of the Santa Juan de Arco “La Salle” elementary school, in Cariamanga, City since December 2015 to July 2016. The sample was 172 students from 11 to 18 years. For which Eating Attitudes Test was used (EAT-26), it allows determine the probability that teens have of experience an eating disorder, the results show that approximately the half of the population presents this risk, and this is more evident in women aged 15 to 16 years. Identifying the nutritional status, the most of the teenagers are euphoric, followed by overweight, and obesity, and thinness in minimal frequency, all have high risk to experience an eating disorder. Applying the Silhouette Test self-perception was assessed, finding that more than half of the population is perceived as they are, however one third of the students feel they-self more robust that are actually. It perception is higher in men and in student with normal weight. Also was valued the satisfaction of body image, the desire of look thinner is especially in students with overweight and in women, while the desire by would want to be more robust, is more common in men and students with thinness. .
