Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The thesis entitled "Accounting System Implementation Services for Mr. Valdivieso Lapo Rudy Fredy Vicente de Loja, period October-December 2013" is justified significantly, since the owner benefits from knowing the relevant procedures for adequate control of the resources available in order to reduce unnecessary costs and thus gradually increase their profitability and corporate reputation, gained through years in the market. The objectives were met in the project as the research process was developed; finding concrete solutions to the shortcomings identified in the accounting control which provide timely management decisions for the development of enterprise solutions. The accounting process beginning with gathering supporting documents that allowed organizing information, the initial inventory rose with a value of $ 49,939.15, its initial situation, plan and manual accounts, memorandum of transactions, journal, ledger , payrolls, trial balance, worksheet and financial statements as: $ 58,269.46 income statement, balance sheet and $ 120,431.58 cash flow statement $ 92,589.77, according to the provisions Reporting Standards Accounting. Once applied the accounting process, it is concluded that the practical application yielded real results through financial statements, so it is recommended to implement accounting as a tool that helps to have better control of the operations carried out within the enterprise; apply the journal designed for the purpose of determining income and outflows; perform inventory constantly updated as this will allow pinpoint the assets, rights and obligations that owns the entity; and declare monthly according to auxiliary cast the accounting for future not file tax problems with the IRS; all this in order to increase business profitability is obtained at the end of an economic cycle, in the medium or long term |
