| סיכום: | This paper called "A PROPOSED CLASSIFICATION MANUAL POSTS, RULES OF ADMISSION AND POST EMPLOYMENT AND VALUATION BY POINTS FOR NOW PYDACO, AGENCY AMBATO, TUNGURAHUA province ..." main objective; determining mechanisms in talent management company PYDACO of Ambato, to fulfill this purpose the application of research methods and deductive for the collection of information and inductive, statistical, analytical, descriptive and comparative became necessary for the analysis of data obtained through research techniques such as interview and survey manager for 40 employees of the company, these allowed collect valuable information about the development of human talent. First the theoretical framework containing components that substantiate the subject of this thesis theoretically arguments of several authors that support the knowledge referred to in this research work is presented. Then the materials needed to prepare the present work, the methods used, and the inductive method, analytical, descriptive, qualitative, deductive, statistical, synthesis, comparative and synthetic and information gathering techniques such as interviews and survey. In the results begins with a historical overview of the company, the chart already existed and which may show some weaknesses, then as part of the diagnostic recording the results of the interview and surveys the manager and employees of the company PYDACO CIA LTDA, respectively. The results of this research allowed the development of organizational restructuring, which consist charges are based on the current situation of the company, then a manual where valuable features and important information is presented with respect to each developed of the charges that make up the company, roles and responsibilities of the members of the company, avoiding duplication of functions and allowing adequate institutional and organization. In addition, the valuation of positions, where the system is applied on points with their respective stages, from defining factors to the evaluation of jobs, where the following results were obtained was developed: the total points as the valuation is 3080, the salaries paid to employees of the company stands at $ 4,920, with these data the straight line equation was applied, which resulted in a slope of 1.61 in order to determine the new salaries. Note that this revaluation was performed only charges that were below the line of wage adjustment, which in total added three company officials that are the Manager, the Administrator and the Dispatcher. Completing this point the rules for admission and employment, it will allow the company to select the most suitable personnel to fill any office where a vacancy developed in the future. Finally, conclusions and recommendations of the paper are presented the most relevant to the Human Resource company working in the CIA LTDA PYDACO unknown :, the main tasks or functions of their position, and the requirements that require this due to the lack of a description and analysis of each job, and within the recommendations suggest considering the Manual of Classification and Valuation of positions for the company, in order to systematically evaluate the performance of staff in his office, which is determine whether it meets the requirements that are required for different positions of the company |
