Implantación de la contabilidad comercial en el almacén novedades “Scarlett” del cantón Yantzaza, periodo: septiembre – diciembre/2014

This paper titled “IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING IN STOCK TRADE NEWS “SCARLETT” CANTON Yantzaza, PERIOD: SEPTEMBER – DECEMBER / 2014” is structured as regulated by the National University of Loja; whose primary objective is to provide an accounting tool for the good performance of comercial activities in which the company is involved. With the development of the accounting process, the objectives were met based on the information provided to us by the owner of the store, the plan and manual accounts are formulated according to comercial operations performed, to continue the preparation of accounting records from an initial inventory, continuing with the accompanying purchasing, sales and Kárdex cards that allow better control of the movement of godos through the system has permanent account and other records to reflect the Financial Statements such as: Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position and Cash Flow Statement. Upon completion of the thesis emphasis is that: the implementa n accounting system in the company under study served to obtain reliable and accurate information to help visualize the shortcomings that have the warehouse and strengths in which you can invest resources and innovate to increase its usefulness; this is made posible with the correct and proper use of this proposal; so it is recommended that the owner of the warehouse News “Scarlett” continue with this accounting process.
