PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA CAJA DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO EN LA PARROQUIA ZAMBI, CANTÓN CATAMAYO, PROVINCIA DE LOJA

The "PROJECT OF FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF AN SAVINGS AND CREDIT BOX IN THE ZAMBI PARISH, CANTON CATAMAYO, PROVINCE OF LOJA", aims to improve the socio-economic development of farmers and ranchers of the parish, facilitating the financing through credits to improve their production and a savings culture. It consists of five objectives such as: market study, technical study, administrative-legal study, financial economic study and finally the application of indicators. In order to fulfill the first objective, a market survey was carried out, through a survey applied to the farmers and ranchers of the Zambi parish, with which the degree of acceptability of the savings and financial products and services was determined. what will it offer? With this study it was possible to define the existing demands within the project such as: potential, real, effective demand and unsatisfied demand. The second objective was to determine by means of the technical study the macro location, microlocalization, and the size of the project, identifying the installed and used capacity, as well as the elements required for the engineering and operation of the savings bank, thus establishing the location of the "CAZ" in the Parochial GAD of Zambi. The third objective corresponded in carrying out the administrative study and the legal structure for the creation of the project. This study shows the organizational structure of he Caja de Ahorro "CAZ" in which the functions and responsibilities of the work personnel were determined, for this an administrative manual was designed that indicates each of the activities that must be fulfilled for the efficient operation of the entity. With the completion of the Economic-Financial Study, the fourth objective was met, in which the total summary of investments was determined, both fixed assets, deferred assets, and working capital. In the economic evaluation, the feasibility of the project was determined by applying financial indicators such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Cost Benefit Ratio, Capital Recovery Period, and Project Sensitivity. Finally, the Conclusions and Recommendations where it was reached to determine that the proposed project is feasible according to the results obtained, since there is a great reception by the farmers and ranchers of the Zambi parish.
