Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | The present work of titulation denominated "DESIGN OF A COUNTABLE PROCESS IN THE SCHOOL OF BASIC PARTICULAR EDUCATION INTERANDINO OF THE CITY DE LOJA, PERIOD JANUARY. MARCH 2016." It was built based on the Academic Regulation of Régime of the National University of Loja, as a prerequisite to the obtaining of the Grade of Ingenerate in Accounting and Audit. Giving execution to the objectives outlined in the work of titulation, he/she began with the elaboration of plan of bills chord to the necessities that he/she showed up in the school, the manual of bills in which is described all the bills that were used during the countable process; subsequently the countable process was developed leaving of the gathering and organization of the information, he/she was carried out the initial inventory, state of initial situation, daily book, bigger book, confirmation balance and work leaf until arriving to the elaboration and presentation of the financial states; finally it was applied the financial indicators that allowed to determine the liquidity, indebtedness and the profitability of the School. In the development of the countable process during the period of January to March of 2016 an utility of $ was obtained 7.421,70 therefore are convenient for the improvement and this way it can grow as institution. Finally you concludes that the accounting is a fundamental axis to improve the administration of an institution, hence it is recommended the directress of the school of Basic Particular Education INTERANDIO that considers the countable design that thinks about in the present thesis, that which helped him/her to obtain effective information of the carried out operations and this way to know the financial and economic real situation of the institution that allows him/her to opt had measured correctivas in favor of the same one and this way to optimize the administrative management. |
