ট্যাগ যুক্ত করুন | সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The present investigation work was developed based on the general objective of carrying out a "Audit of Management to the Clinic San Pablo of the City of Loja, Period 2011", with which you could determine the level of trust and risk of the system of internal control of the Clinic and its personnel's acting in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and economy, ending up elaborating the final report with the respective conclusions and recommendations directed to improve the management and to promote the operative efficiency of the clinic. For the execution of the present work it was necessary to use materials and such methods as: scientific, deductive, inductive, descriptive, analytic, synthetic, and statistical; besides the application of technical of gathering of information like the interview and survey, useful for the development of the Audit of Management, beginning with the preliminary knowledge of the clinic, subsequently the Specific Plan was elaborated, the Program of Audit was built for each component with its respective procedures, the evaluation of the internal control by means of its questionnaire, establishing this way the existent weaknesses, for which conclusions and recommendations were determined included in the final report, concluding with the position of the pursuit chronogram. With the application of the management audit you ended up determining that the clinic as for the material resources doesn't prepare of an in charge of the cellar custodian, politicians don't possess for the acquisition of materials, the immediate repair of the computer system is not assisted; of the human resource it doesn't measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the acting of personal through periodic evaluations, qualification programs are not elaborated in those that topics related with each personnel's functions are included, a high level of employees that you/they ignore the mission, vision and institutional objectives, exists and its recruitment process is not adapted due to the absence of political of incorporation of personal; and of the financial resource they don't have a manual of countable procedures, they don't carry out box aqueous, besides not applying indicators of management that allows them to know in a quick and opportune way the financial and administrative situation in which the company is unwrapped. In conclusion one can say that the lack of management audit in the clinic has not allowed its directive to know of the existent weaknesses; therefore it is made of vital importance carry out management audits to cooperate to the development and improvement of their operations |
