| Shrnutí: | This investigation is orientated to establish an alternative proposal concerning the improvement of communication styles, So, It is fulfilling the general objective established in the project, the same as mentioned research teaching communication styles used by teachers and their relation with learning process of high-school and bachelor students. By using deductive theoretical methods and descriptive statistics with the use of techniques: interviews of authorities and survey of teachers and students of that establishment proceeded to the collection of information. It details the population and sample taken for the application of the instruments, so also the method used in testing the hypotheses in this investigation. It shows conclusions and recommendations as a result of this investigation to be considered by authorities and teachers of educational institution contributing to the communication process is developed in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. It details the alternative proposal for improving communication styles with theoretical references on communication strategies to improve it and workshops for teachers with psycho-socials and human bases, which tend to optimize communication and more directly to the communication styles that managed the teachers in the classroom. |
