Domestic violence like any other type of violence is a serious social problem that threatens the physical, psychological and sexual integrity; therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effects of domestic violence, using the scale of risk, in the families of Barrio Juan José Castillo Loja, current period. In the present study, the main types of domestic violence suffered by the families of Barrio Juan José Castillo were identified, the analytical perception of the dynamics of the socio-family context in which the families live was analyzed, and the proposal of social actions to reduce domestic violence suffered by the families of Barrio Juan José Castillo was determined. In the same way, the methodology used is a deductive method with a quantitative approach, due to the fact that the use of a survey of 11 questions to a sample of 169 participants was able to evidence the dynamics of the socio-family context in which the families of the Juan José Castillo Neighborhood develop. Thus, thanks to the development of the proposed objectives using the described techniques, the most relevant data were obtained, such as the marital status of the participants, which shows that the majority group is made up of singles, indicating that people are in a transitional stage to form a household, which is consistent with the second relevant data indicating that 70.8% live with other people who are not precisely their relatives. This correlates with the results of the third relevant datum which measures the existence of violence in the home with 62.14% of people who have almost never experienced any type of violence. The data also reveal a perception of low incidence of violence, but also highlight the existence of a recurrently affected group. To conclude The results obtained highlight the urgency of implementing concrete and effective social actions to combat domestic violence. To this end, an intervention plan has been developed with 3 activities and a duration of 6 months that involve preventive policies focused on the entire community. These measures will not only improve the quality of life in the home, but will also strengthen community relations, creating a safer and more supportive environment for all. |
