Summary:The present research work is based on knowing the level of use of the Educar Ecuador educational portal of the Ministry of Education in the School Control Management System of the teachers of the Rosa Josefina Burneo School of Basic Education in Burneo in the 2021 school year. -2022. The methodology is based on the deductive method, with an exploratory-descriptive quantitative approach, creating an ad hoc questionnaire based on Guapizaca (2016) and the Ministry of Education (s.f.), applied through the survey technique whose measurement indicator corresponds to the Likert scale, likewise, is made up of three dimensions; Educational portal Educar Ecuador, services of the Educational Portal of the Ministry of Education in the School Control Management System of teachers and use of the Educar Ecuador educational portal in the School Control Management system. The results obtained in the first instance focus on defining the services of the School Control Management System offered to teachers by the Educar Ecuador educational portal, later the diagnosis of use is made, where it is evident that the educational institution has implemented and trained teachers about the management of the aforementioned portal. The results show that teachers use and access the System to upload grades, attendance, behavior, record tasks and use of tools, curricular plan and evaluations. Thus concluding that teachers know the educational portal because the institution has socialized and trained educators on its use, emphasizing that they partially access to register what is required in the institutional guidelines. Recommending to manage continuous training to strengthen the knowledge and application of this portal.
