Tilføj Tag | Summary: | This research was conducted with the objective of determining the prevalence of dual diagnosis and the impact on the recovery process of the residents of the Therapeutic Community Partnership for Posada The research is descriptive, such as Transversal confined within a specific time slot, plus Qualitative - Quantitative Deductive and Inductive - in order to identify core beliefs from behaviors, emotions and automatic thoughts patients presenting to the torque was applied as Psychological Instruments Medical Records, personal interviews and reagents MCMI - III ( Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory from ), which led to the conclusion that residents of the Therapeutic Community is a high rate of Dual Pathology this being a risk factor very high in the recovery process of people with substance addictions. This has generated recommendations as to enhance the skills of professionals for addressing this clinical entity, Therapeutic application of specific plans for each of its residents and maintain psychological tools applied during this research process, in order to prevent future relapses.
