सारांश:For several years, we have been trying to understand our labor laws without even realize the situation that actually live in our midst; our labor regime for many years has undergone a series of changes for better or for worse have directly affected the only force that can lead to the development of peoples, the worker. The current Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, guarantees people the right to work is a source of personal fulfillment and base shows family finances, but nothing is said about job security must go hand in hand with the sacred law, for strict compliance with the principles set out in labor matters. In this research work, we on job security in Ecuador's private sector and its consequences for untimely dismissal because it is a social phenomenon of vital importance for economic and social development of our country. Besides being a matter of moment that deserves to do a thorough investigation to determine the legal gaps in the workplace, in order to raise a legal reform based on the field study to lawyers who provided wise expertise they provided vital information that allows us to visualize with better accuracy the actual situation of the worker in the private sector, mainly on the untimely dismissal. Based on research we have concluded to propose an amendment to Article 195.1 of the Labour Code, the same is to add two paragraphs that in my opinion ensure greater job security in the private sector, where most are violated worker rights
