There are also large pastures where livestock has been developed, which supplies meat to the diets of the habitants, in addition to the same fur that are used by tanneries to make leather and then the manufacture of shoes, clothes, marroquería, etc. For the above we see that it has the raw material for industrial, it means wood and leather raw material for the manufacture of our product like room furniture, upholstered with natural leather. This work has like objective to analyze the Project of feasibility for creating a company that produces furniture with leather upholstery for living room and its marketing in the Riobamba city. The full analysis of a project requires the following studies or analysis: Market Study, Technical Study, Study Administrative and Legal, Financial and Economic Survey and Evaluation Project. The Market Study for a project is very important because we should analyze the market and its forces: supply and demand. For this we make polls conducted for both applicants and bidders, and then determine which is the unmet demand of 523 units for the first year and 1004 units for the tenth year. Also discussed marketing strategies, which are considered the five Ps of Marketing (price, product, place and promotion). Then we carry out the technical studies to learn about the engineering of the product, size, production, engineering of the plant and the location of the project. Subsequently we performed the administrative and legal studies to determine the business group, the mission and vision, corporate objectives, establishment of company, organization, and operating manual. The next step is the economic and financial study in order to know about the investment project (Investment in Fixed Assets, working capital and deferred) investment financing, income and expense budget, cost analysis, and study of equilibrium point and analysis of financial statements (profit and loss statements and cash flow). Finally the assessment of the project for establishing the suitability of the project and its implementation which is discussed below. Net Present Value (NPV), Capital Recovery Period (PRC), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit / Cost (R B/C) and sensitivity analysis. The results obtained from the different indicators we see that the project should run. At the end of this research are the findings and raises the recommendations. |
