Resumo:Psychosocial risks at work arise as a bad conception, organization and management of work, as well as a poor social context, therefore it is proposed to analyze the psychosocial risks faced by administrative staff, teachers and workers of the Facultad de Energía, las Industrias y Recursos Naturales no Renovables de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, through a mixed approach in which from the quantitative ISTAS 21 questionnaire is applied to measure the level of risks according to the different dimensions of the risks and with the Excel tool to perform its tabulation and analysis. On the other hand, qualitative focus group techniques were applied with interviews with the Occupational Safety and Health Sub-Directorate team in order to socialize the results obtained and receive their professional opinion on the situation faced by Facultad de Energía, las Industrias y Recursos Naturales No Renovables. The main results indicate that 75% of the population is exposed to high psychological demands, 67% is at an intermediate level regarding the development of their skills. However, 98.75% of those surveyed perceive good social support from the institution and 81.43% are satisfied with the compensation they receive. The study highlights the importance of addressing psychosocial risks in a comprehensive manner to promote a healthy and sustainable environment.
