Shrnutí: | For many years universities have used conventional methods for teaching, being almost entirely a theoretical method without a práctical component to reinforce skills and consolidate their knowledge. Educational resources are a form of support in the teaching and learning process which allows relevant information to be transmitted, motivating and awakening the interest of students, allowing the articulation of theoretical content with practical classes. In this context, the present research work is carried out with the objectives of developing a práctical guide, elaborating a video for the learning of Score de Mamá-clave amarilla based on simulation, and finally evaluating the knowledge acquired through the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (ECOE) before and after the training with educational resources for students of the Carrera de Medicina at the Universidad Nacional de Loja. It was a mixed descriptive study of prospective transversal design in the period October 2022– March 2023, with a sample of 45 participants of the tenth cycle. As a result, by means of an updated bibliography, the práctical guide of easy understanding to improve the knowledge base of the student, in addition to the video of easy access to digital media with unlimited access to information, the knowledge acquired was also evaluated by means of the Examen Clínico Objetivo Estructurado (ECOE). Before the first ECOE, the following results were obtained: 2% good, 16% regular, and 82% insufficient, while for very good and outstanding there were no results. After the implementation of the resources, the second ECOE reflected 89% outstanding and 11% very good; also, for good, regular, and insufficient there were no results, demonstrating that the creation of educational resources reinforced the student's knowledge. |
