| Sumari: | The present investigation work that has like topic: PROJECT OF FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A COMPANY PRODUCER OF PACKED ROLLS OF SMOKY CHICKEN TO THE HOLE AND THEIR COMMERCIALIZATION IN THE CANTON LOJA"; it was elaborated with the objective of determining the financial feasibility for their implementation based on their acceptance in the market and their profitability. To reach that indicated he/she thought about the general following objective: To determine the feasibility of creating a company for the elaboration and commercialization of rolls of smoky chicken packed to the hole in the City of Loja. To give execution to the objectives it was used the following methods and technical of investigation: The Deductive method, for the theoretical foundation; The inductive method, to determine the likes and the inhabitants' of the city of Loja preferences for the chicken smoked in rolls, it by means of the application of the survey and the interview, applied it to him in the market study; The descriptive method, to have knowledge on the industrial sector of the smoky chicken; The statistical method for the gathering, organization, presentation, analysis and interpretation of the information, supported in squares and statistical graphics. Among the techniques we have: The Observation, allowed to observe the processes of elaboration of the chicken smoked in rolls; The interview, to people involved elaboration of smoky chicken; The survey, was applied the inhabitants of the city of Loja to determine the demand conditions and offer of rolls of smoky chicken.
