La equidad como garantía para el progenitor que se beneficia del Régimen de Visitas

This thesis entitled "EQUITY AS A GUARANTEE FOR THE PROGENITOR THAT BENEFITS FROM THE VISITOR REGIME, constitutes the socio-legal investigation around the problem that concerns the lack of equity in the visitation regime, in which children Adolescents are isolated from their parents, violating the substantial right to maintain contact with their parents in an equitable manner, this problem has been verified through the development of the literature review sections, application of survey techniques - interviews, verification of objectives and hypothesis testing, concluding with the existence of the problem raised; being substantial that the regime of visits is regulated specifically in article 123 of the Organic Code of Children and Adolescents, to give greater openness so that the contact and coexistence with the parent, making good, physical, psychological development of the child, encouraging the affection and solidity of family relationships. Key words: View system, family, child, parents, principle of equity, best interests of the child.
