Requerimiento creacional de un artículo a continuación del art. 122 de la ley orgánica de transporte terrestre y seguridad vial, para evitar el incumplimiento de la ley

In the present Land Transportation and Road Safety Organic Law exist changes that attempt to avoid and control in a better way traffic crimes committed daily by drivers. However, the irresponsibility, ignorance of law, drug use, failure in the application of penalties and impunity for the daily deaths from traffic accidents are not related to the crimes committed, much less with manslaughter. Nevertheless we must recognize that many positive aspects about it are also in the Traffic Law because they apply rules and control systems for vehicular traffic. What is important because our country really handle motor drivers inappropriately, since in most cases use the roads and highways and race tracks to commit grave breaches and increasing daily the tragic statistics. In the Traffic Act apply new forms of punishment, and provides summary procedures, shortcuts and other ordinary criminal process. The loss of points, community service, withdrawal of driving licenses and the creation of a specialized center to recover the lost points because of the violations, among others, are the contributions and innovations that have been established. It is imperative that both drivers and pedestrians, are organized properly so that we can reduce traffic accidents that not only have consequences for the lives lost but also the family of the victims and perpetrators. Driver education should be cross-component in the curricula of schools of education at all levels, including higher education. Awareness of the responsibility of individuals who place themselves at the forefront of driving an automobile, must be encrypted in the area in conscious and aware of the public. The research aims to decipher the hidden data that have always surrounded the issue of laws governing the transit and mobility of citizens within the country. I hope these ideas can be considered and put into effect reforms that are being orchestrated, and whose realization, is for the exclusive benefit of citizen
