PERIOD OCTOBER - DECEMBER 2022, has been developed in accordance with the Academic Regime Regulations of the National University of Loja, as a requirement to opt for the degree and title of Bachelor of Accounting and Auditing, with the purpose of contributing to the decision-making of the Service Company "Taurus Loja". By developing the accounting organization in the company, it was possible to meet the general objective, which is to organize accounting in the service company "Taurus Loja", in order to determine its real economic and financial situation. In order to comply with the specific objectives, a plan and manual of accounts was designed and proposed, according to the objectives and needs of the company; the design of the kardex cards, the role of payments and provisions was made; then the survey and verification of the initial inventory was carried out, observing the assets, values and obligations of the company; based on the compilation of the information from the corresponding source documents, to continue with the preparation of the initial situation statement until the presentation of the financial statements with their respective explanatory notes and basic financial indicators, finally the conclusions and recommendations focused on giving guidance to the owner. The results obtained from the accounting process carried out, made it possible to know through the financial statements that the company presents losses in the year of $-3,258.92, an asset of $462,591.70; a liability of $204,011.98 and an equity of $258,579.72 significant information for its owner and based on this, you can make the most appropriate decisions for the economic growth of the service company "Taurus Loja". |
