Summary:The research called "Agrotourism feasibility project on the farm Rancho Trojapamba, Calderon parish, Quito canton, Pichincha province" is intended to link the agricultural management with tourism as a profitable alternative for the revival of the Rancho Trojapamba farm located in the Calderon rural parish. The research objectives were: Realize a market study for implement agrotourism in the "Rancho Trojapamba" farm, execute a technical and organizational study to ensure the proper functioning of the agrotourism farm, effect economic and financial analysis, to determine the feasibility of the project. The methods used were: analytic, synthetic, deductive, scientific and statistical; research techniques used were: the documentary collection, direct observation and survey, the sample size was set at 89 surveys. The studied variables referred to market study, technical study, organizational study, economic study and financial evaluation. The results show that there is demand for 21.621 for 2015 with an increase of 1616 visitors until 2019, there is no offer of agrotourism services in the sector and therefore demand quantity correspond to unsatisfied demand. The technical study established a capacity for the project of 30% of unsatisfied demand, that is to say 2015 a total of 6,486 visitors per year, 541 per month or 18 a day is planned, reaching up to 19 visitors a day to the 2019, the installed capacity is 20 people in 5 cabins 4 people each, the service consists of 2 agrotourism packages with and without accommodation and the space they occupy on the farm is 2 hectares. The economic and financial study established $ 200,861.17 total for the investments, the same as will have an internal financing by 17.26% and the remaining 82.74% through a bank loan to BNF to a 10% interest, the unit price calculated by service $ 26.01, for the first year of operation a total income is $ 168,673.61, breakeven is $ 105,967.98 or 4,075 people and net profit for the year is $ 31.871,72. The financial evaluation showed a cash flow projection to 5 years in which we have $ 30,177.33 for the first year, a discount rate based on the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) is 9.93%, the net present value (NPV) is 76,701.73, the internal rate of return (IRR) is 81.47%, the benefit-cost ratio (B / C) is 1.10 and the payback is 1 year, 3 months and 15 days. In conclusion after making a clear analysis of the variables concerning this investigation, it is determined that the "Agrotourism feasibility project on the farm Rancho Trojapamba, Calderon parish, Quito canton, Pichincha province" is viable for implementation, therefore we recommend investing in it.
