PERIODO ACADÉMICO 2014-2015, se propuso como objetivo general, analizar la lectura como recurso innovador para mejorar la creación literaria de los estudiantes de Primero de Bachillerato del Colegio Pío Jaramillo Alvarado. Los métodos utilizados fueron: el científico, el descriptivo, el analítico-sintético e inductivo-deductivo, cada uno aplicado en su ámbito de estudio. Las técnicas utilizadas estuvieron compuestas porla encuesta, la entrevista estructurada y la técnica bibliográfica; mientras que los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario y la guía de entrevista estructurada.
