The investigation was based on the scientific method: Inductive, Statistical and Analytical-Synthetic, including the inhabitants of the study area, in order to implementa community weekly that will help streng then communication process es a mong the inhabitants of the canton Nangaritza and development institutions. In the course of investigating the use of techniques such as literature, observation and survey data collection allowed the information to make a diagnos is about there search where the absence of an information paper is eviden cebe cam e indispensable. As a result of there search the o retical frame work related to the topic of study was develop dallowing creating project feasibility for the implementation of a community weekly news paperin the canton Nangaritza. |

As a result of there search the o retical frame work related to the topic of study was develop dallowing creating project feasibility for the implementation of a community weekly news paperin the canton Nangaritza.El presente trabajo investigativo se enmarca en un estudio realizado a los habitantes del cantón Nangaritza, sobre: “la factibilidad para la implementación de un semanario comunitario”, cuyo propósito es contribuir al fortalecimiento de los procesos comunicativos entre sus habitantes y las instituciones de desarrollo. Entre los principales hallazgos se determinó que sus habitantes no compran el periódico, debido a la inexistencia de un rotativo dentro de la localidad, de tal manera que se confirma la necesidad de contar con un semanario comunitario. La investigación realizada se sustentó en el método científico: Inductivo, Estadístico y Analítico-Sintético. En el transcurso de la investigación se hizo indispensable la utilización de técnicas tales como la bibliográfica, la observación y la encuesta que permitieron la recolección de datos de información para establecer un diagnóstico en torno a la investigación donde se evidencia la ausencia de un rotativo informativo.
