添加標簽 | 總結: | This final project has been conducted for the purpose of provide the real estate company "Toledo & Toledo" Real Estate in the city of Loja, real estate management application, enabling it to optimize, facilitate the operations and promotion their services in an efficient and timely manner according to technological globalization process where in we are immersed. To do this, we developed a web application of real estate management using technology Python called "GESTIWEB", which comprehensive manner covers the processes taking place in the real estate buying and selling, rentals, exchanges, reservations, transfers, appraisals and consulting. It also allows adequate management of the factors involved in the marketing of real estate, such as: customers, property, employees and advertising. The use of the web application GESTIWEB allowed the real estate "Toledo & Toledo" Real Estate automation and proper management of their activities; and, the promotion of their goods and services through a medium very concurrent as is the internet, which is evident with the increase in the number of hits displayed on the public interface The use of free tools such as Python, Django and Apache, allowed us to develop the web application by reducing the time and costs, in addition to providing greater safety, reliability and the greatest potential for update, easily hijack from the internet. Use the methodology for the ICONIX software development to be one of the most well-known and used in the present, in addition to be a tool that allows the rapid and agile development through stages, covering the entire life cycle of a project. |
