Sumari:The indirect solar cookers let us to cook in a different place with respect to the energy capitation one, it does not happen with the conventional cookers. This performance is based on a flat plate solar collector application; through it a thermal fluid transfers the energy to the foods through the heat exchanger. The present thesis project defines the design and operation parameters of a thermal oil solar cooker with natural circulation or thermosyphon, then we constructed it and monitored it.
