| Özet: | The present project describes the design of an automation system for a process of extraction of the cane juice (Malca), with the replace purpose its system of current control. This work was developed in five chapters, where it is approached the control and the supervision of the process before mentioned. In the chapter one a study of the basic theory of the fundamental components is developed that intervene the same one, which are: sensors; asynchronous machines; vary of frequency; PLC AND SCADA. In the chapter two a general and detailed description of the process is made that is carried out in the mill area, where it is explained detailed which is the functionality of the main elements that you/they are part in this space. In the third chapter the design of the control system is explained, in which the teams were selected which you/they go to be implemented in the control, programming software, control program and planes of the circuit of power and control. In the fourth chapter a system SCADA has been developed that will allow to carry out a supervision screen, which would help to visualize what happens in the process to more comfort. Finally in the fifth chapter it is presented the technician-economic and environmental valuation, conclusions and recommendations. |
